These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of aegeabox.com (the “Website”) and any purchase made through it. By using the Website you accept these Terms in full. Please read them carefully.
Your use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use and of our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.
All content on this Website – including text, images, logos, graphics, product designs and the AEGEA name and branding – is the intellectual property of I. Kollias & Co. E.E. or its licensors and is protected by Greek and international law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
AEGEA offers curated beauty boxes and individual products. Monthly subscription boxes contain five (5) products. Subscriptions renew automatically on the scheduled billing date until cancelled. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify product selection, pricing and availability at any time.
By placing an order you make an offer to purchase, which we accept upon dispatch. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
We deliver across Greece and Cyprus. Shipping within Greece is free for orders over €49, otherwise €2.90; delivery to Cyprus is €8. Orders are usually delivered within 2–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
In accordance with consumer-protection law, you may withdraw from an e-shop purchase within fourteen (14) days of receipt, provided the product is returned in its original, unused condition. Defective products are replaced or refunded within thirty (30) days. Certain personal-care items may be exempt from return for hygiene reasons where their seal has been broken.
We make every effort to ensure the Website operates smoothly and that information is accurate, but we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website.
