About AEGEA

What is AEGEA?

AEGEA is a Mediterranean beauty club delivered to your door. Each month we curate a box of five hand-picked beauty treasures – skincare, candles and little everyday luxuries inspired by the sun, sea and calm of the Aegean.

What’s inside the monthly box?

Every monthly box contains 5 products in travel or full size. The exact contents are a surprise, curated around a different theme each month.

Subscription

How does the subscription work?

Your subscription renews automatically on your scheduled billing date, so you never miss a box. You can manage your plan at any time from your account.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are handled securely through our payment provider and can be made by debit or credit card and supported digital payment methods.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes – you can cancel at any time. Cancellation applies from your next billing period onward; boxes already paid for will still be sent.

Do you offer refunds after a charge?

Once a subscription payment has been charged and the box prepared, that payment is non-refundable. You remain subscribed for the period you have paid for.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?

We ship across Greece and Cyprus. Shipping within Greece is free for orders over €49, otherwise a flat €2.90 applies. Delivery to Cyprus is €8.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days. If you choose BOX NOW lockers, delivery is usually within 2 days of dispatch.

Returns

Can I return a product?

E-shop products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition. Defective products are replaced or refunded within 30 days.
